Use this service to request a repeat prescription.
The NHS prescription charge is £9.35 per item.
Due to the large number of requests we are currently receiving for medication, the turnaround time between placing your order and collecting your medication from the Surgery is now 7 days. Please bear this in mind when ordering.
You can use this service if you:
- are registered at the surgery
Request for inhalers
We have been receiving a high volume of requests from patients for inhalers, who have not been prescribed these for some time and are ordering “just in case”.
The following guidelines are now in place:
- if you have an inhaler regularly, you will be able to request 1 month at a time
- if you have not had an inhaler in the last 12 months, this will not be issued. If you are unwell you will need to contact the Surgery for a triage call with a Doctor. If needed, a prescription will be issued for you on the day

- your first and last name, date of birth, sex, postcode, email and phone number
- if applicable, the details of the person you are completing the form on behalf of
